Well hell if you got rid of the season opening collapse they'd be title hunting. That said, I don't think they're going to place any higher next year.

It's clearly a ploy to keep the driver's from being too ballsy on Lap 1 and wrecking all the cars.

IIRC with the new one it's just A to contain and X to block, so it's juut two butttns now instead of one.

I really don't use the contain and tackle buttons. Enough VP has left me pretty damn good at predicting what people are going to do with the ball. If I ever use one-button defence, it's the cheapest of all, the secondary player.

A bucket seat, wheel and pedals are already going to captue quite an audience from what I've seen, so don't overdo it with the housing.

That's what most people do anyway.

Wait, I haven't really noticed a difference in the defending in any of the 4 FIFAs I have (09-12). Yes they said the were 'fixing' it so there wouldn't be one-button defending in the newest one, but IMO it's no different than the old system.

I think they're trying to move away from the one-button defending, but they really did a crap job in in FIFA 12. Until they get rid of the contain button entirely, it's going to be crap. After all, we don't have a button to just slip the offensive past defenders do we?

I was thinking about this today and I am absolutely sure that 10 men can win, probabll with less than 3 deaths. I wouldn't be surprised if, assuming this was a chance encounter with no motivations whatsoever, the men could could just stand in a pack and look much bigger, scaring away the Tiger.

Say the Tiger wants to attack? Well yes it has massive claws and some deadly teeth, but those teeth are all in one mouth. It can only bite one person at any one moment, and from what I remember the like to suffocate their prey by biting the neck. So that means the mouth is going to be occupied for some time (anywhere from 2 two seconds to two minutes I'd say), with a large body hanging from its mouth. I'd say that's ample time for 9 other men to attack, especially if all 10 charged at once from the start. Of course poke out the eyes and then just beat the shit out of it from there. IMO Tiger only really stands a chance if its a surprise attack.

My VP is an 89 Striker. Finished arena, ball skills, shooting, and physical accomplishments. It's actually no fun to play VP anymore when you can just outdo everything on the pitch.

About to break into Division 3 for head-to-head though, which is what I do most of the time now. Actually fun except for the fact that half of the teams I play are Real Madrid.
